Artist Ben Cain:
Ben Cain was born 1975 in Leeds. He gained his BA Interactive Arts from the Manchester Metropolitan University, and his MA from the Jan van Eyck Akademie, Maastricht, The Netherlands. Ben Cain produces installations, performances and printed matter, which deal with the convergence of theatre and documentary. Often highlighting the viewers’ role by requiring that they piece together his fragmented and abstract, fictional and real narratives. Dividing his practice between London and Zagreb, Cain has exhibited internationally in solo and group shows since 1999.
